Zaw Solutions have been doing some invaluable work analysing our hire sales data. As our current system is very manual and paper based, in order to get a true picture of our sales we need the data in spreadsheet form. Zaw has been scanning and entering the key data into a spreadsheet. So far this has involved almost 1,500,000 sales and will continue until our systems are updated.

The information we have been presented with is very useful for our Head of Hire Sales, Head of Hire Buying and for myself, the Chief Accountant in being able to reclaim an over payment of £250,000 of VAT. Zaw have been very flexible and have helped us in shaping the data we need to ensure it is relevant and easily interpretable for different users.

We used to use an inhouse team of 5 people for this work however the costs involved made this prohibitive. Zaw is a low cost, efficient solution with minimal hassle our end. We are already planning further areas to work together to minimise Moss Bros costs including database work, market research, external reporting.

A Case Study

A financial services company in London needed to find a way to analyse balance sheet data from 1,400 UK reporting companies spanning 10 years.

With no staffing resource to complete the analysis on their own, Zaw Solutions worked with the client to deliver an outsourced solution. A team of 3 accountants were hired and trained to complete the research. 6 months later, the project was completed, increasing client profit by £45,000 had they completed in-house.
