cost for now and for the future, including all intangibles:

of responsibilities and outputs that forms the basis
of your Service Level Agreement (SLA). After discussion
of any risks or barriers, we agree a timetable with
you that contain your key deadlines. |

Your SLA gives you concrete measurables and 'what
if' agreements. All of this comes in a concise summary

Handover is carefully
controlled once you've signed up. Then you'll work
with a dedicated Chartered Accountant responsible
for managing your account - ensuring correct receipt
of data, processing and quality. They are available
to contact whenever you need to clarify and discuss
any issues. Regular review meetings will keep you
in the picture and we work continuously with you
to make improvements as we go. |
